Individual Healing and Transformation Work - Session Q&A

Are sessions in person or remote?

I work with the majority of my clients long distance via Zoom video and when necessary, by phone. In future I plan to also be offering in person sessions locally in Santa Rosa in Northern California, USA. Both options are equally powerful and effective.

What do I need technology-wise to be able to work with you?

For us to work together remotely, all you will need is a strong and steady internet connection. And a comfortable, private space where you will not be disturbed during the session.

A phone signal is also very helpful for back up. Main sessions are via Zoom audio or video. Follow up check ins and tune ups are via phone initially, then via voice messaging and text on WhatsApp. If you do not have it already, you will need to install the app WhatsApp, as this the best option I have found so far for us to check in easily in between sessions and often across time zones.

What is your approach?

The primary approach I use is a leading-edge body of subtle energy work called Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine (SAEM for short), which is very powerful and highly effective. It can also, believe it or not, be a lot of fun!

Along with SAEM, I work with a copious ‘medicine basket’ of both ancient shamanic wisdom teachings and new processes, as well as practical down to earth leadership coaching and life design work as needed with each person.

Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine - what is it?

Subtle Anatomy Energy Medicine (SAEM) is an advanced integrative healing and energy medicine modality that works with both your physical body and your whole subtle energy structure.

SAEM works to lift out of your sacred anatomy and subtle energy structure the debris and all that is no longer needed from the traumas, wounds, impacts, patterns and lessons of your life. It releases, re-aligns, rebalances and restores wholeness. It works physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually on your entire subtle anatomy as well as your physical body, and in this way it is unique and leading-edge.

Sacred Anatomy as a body of work is based on the radical premise that consciousness is anatomical in nature. Human consciousness expresses as a distinct intelligent form, comprised of seven subtle systems. The human energy structure is conscious. Access to this intelligence is a doorway to personal evolutionary development, and is available to anyone who seeks a new and mature approach to awakening.

I am a Certified Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine Practitioner at the highest level available today. I continue to advance and train regularly.

What is a session like? What happens and what do you actually do?

A typical session works in 3 stages:

Check in and Assessment - we sit together, either in person or remotely and begin by having a brief check in conversation about what’s alive and up for you while I also assess the current health and vitality of your subtle energy structure.

Shift - next we move into the main part of the session, where I work directly with your subtle energy structure in 3 ways:

  • Clearing old debris stored in different parts of the structure and ready for release

  • Re-aligning subtle anatomy that is out of adjustment in some way

  • Addressing specific issues of stress and pathology with specific procedures

Rebalance and Restore - this a key and unique phase of a CI session, where I support you and your whole energy structure to fully integrate and anchor the work with deep witnessing as you accept and allow the shift.

How long is each session?

Our initial intake session is 2 hours. Sessions after that are between 90 and 120 minutes. Generally I aim for 1 hr and 45 mins. It is difficult to be completely exact, as this is deep soul work and as such really does not pay much attention to time! It also depends on the individual, what they are ready for and what is needed in each moment. All in all, please allow a full two hours for each session and ideally, leave extra space before and after to really allow the work to have the most beneficial effect. The session may well be the most significant thing you do that day.

Is there follow up?

Yes! A very special and important part of this work is the 20-30 min follow up check that happens in 2-4 days after each session. In the beginning this is done by phone. With medium and long term clients it often happens via voice messaging and text using WhatsApp (see technology question above).

How often should I have a session?

This is very unique to each person as well as their current physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual circumstances. So we look at this and after an initial series of sessions I recommend a program of work for you. For the most part, sessions are most effective every 2-4 weeks in the short and medium term, with the option of longer pauses in longer term work. For reference, I am very keen to receive the ongoing benefits of the work and so have sessions with my own practitioner consistently every 2-3 weeks.

Do you use any tools or equipment?

The only physical device I use is a SA-specific dowsing rod as a highly detailed check and correct tool.

Are sessions hands on in any way?

Apart from a warm hug when seeing you in person, if you’d like one, there is no hands on work.
